The living area

You can expect about 550m² of living space, divided into two floors – first floor and second floor – some balconies and terraces. In addition, the large garden has its own pool, jacuzzi, pool house and BBQ.

The house has four bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Three of the four beds are queen size box spring beds and are located upstairs, one is a simple 1.40×2.00 m bed on the first floor. In addition, the bedroom on the first floor has a sofa bed for one person. In total there are three bathrooms in the house and another in the pool house.

On the first floor, in addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is an inviting living room, equipped with a large couch, lounge chairs, a fireplace and a large table. In the living room there is also a TV with German and other international channels. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen. In the whole house there is free access to W-LAN.

On the large terraces at the front of the house you can admire the sunrise on the horizon in the morning and in the evening enjoy the wonderful light of the moon as it reflects in the sea. Here you will also find a gas grill suitable for eight people.

The balconies to the rear provide a wonderful view of the mountaintop of Mount Olympus. One of the balconies is equipped with large lounge furniture where you can relax and unwind.

We strongly recommend that you spend as much time as possible by the pool. The pool house offers you all the utensils you need, for example, for a joint breakfast or dinner.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS

You can move freely throughout the property and the house.

The pool house is equipped with a large wooden table, BBQ and toilet with shower. You will also find enough dishes, stove tops and a large refrigerator.

There are two garages on the property, where you are welcome to park your cars.

The outdoor area is under video surveillance.

SURROUNDINGS

Pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets etc. can be found directly in the village of Litochoro about 5 km from our house.

The closest airport is Thessaloniki airport, about 90 km away. From Thessaloniki you can get to Litochoro by public transport (bus and train). A cab from the airport to the house costs about 120 EUR. Since the house is a bit off the road and you want to be mobile for shopping and activities, it is recommended to rent a car.

The beach is about 2,5 km , the railroad station and the hospital about 5 km and the town Litochoro about 5 km away.

You can do a lot in the near and far surroundings.
