House rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Of course you can smoke on the balconies or in the garden. Please keep the accommodation clean!

Not safe or suitable for young children (under 2 years) and pets – There are no stair barriers or, for example, protection from hot hobs as parents may have set up in their accommodation.

Parties and events such as weddings or baptisms are prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental. The full rent will be due.

Check-in time is flexible, check-out must be by 11 am..

The entire property is surrounded by a fence. Dangerous animals have not appeared to date. However, it can not be completely ruled out.

Climbing stairs is required – to enter the house through the main entrance, you need to climb about 10 steps. There are three floors – basement, first floor and an upper floor.

Deposit – in case of damage to the accommodation will be charged up to 1500€. The deposit is to be paid at the beginning of the rental period.
